DECLARES AND SIGNS

1. to be in good health and to exonerate the Organization from any civil or criminal liability relating to and resulting from the assessment of said fitness.
2. to be aware of the event regulations and undertakes, under penalty of exclusion from the event, to conduct himself in accordance with the principles of fairness and sporting integrity and to refrain, under any circumstances, from engaging in any conduct contrary to the law or the rules of the regulations that could endanger his own or others‘ safety.
3. to release the Organization from any direct or indirect liability for any material or non-material damages and/or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from participation in the sporting event, including as a result of his/her own conduct.
4. to assume all liability that may arise from the exercise of the sporting activity in question and to release the Organization from any civil or criminal liability, including objective liability, resulting from injuries caused to the participant or to third parties and from illnesses occurring during the entire duration of the event or resulting from the use of the infrastructure, as well as to release the Organization from any liability related to theft and/or damage to any personal property.

This authorization is granted in full freedom and autonomy, without conditions or reservations, and completely free of charge.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Participant declares to have carefully reviewed all the clauses contained in the Organization’s liability waiver and specifically approves all the points listed.

By submitting the registration form, the participant declares to have read, accepted, and signed these regulations.
